1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website (https://baazcontractor.com) and digital estimation tools operated by Baaz Contracting LLC ("Baaz Contracting," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our site or requesting preliminary consultation estimates, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Preliminary Estimates & Calculators

Calculations generated through our interactive online Cost Calculator or online intake forms represent preliminary informational benchmarks based on regional historical averages. They do not constitute binding architectural quotes or final contractual offers.

A binding contract is only established upon execution of a formal written Prime Construction Agreement accompanied by stamped architectural plans, detailed engineering specifications, and mutually signed schedules.

3. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance

Baaz Contracting operates as a fully licensed, insured, and bonded residential general contractor. We maintain:

• Commercial General Liability insurance policy coverage.
• Statutory Workers' Compensation insurance for all field employees and trade associates.
• Compliance with applicable municipal building codes, OSHA jobsite safety standards, and local zoning ordinances.

4. Change Orders & Project Modifications

During active construction, any modification to architectural blueprints, finish schedules, or unforeseen structural conditions will be documented in a written Change Order. Change Orders specify exact adjustments to scope, cost, and projected completion dates. Work will not commence on requested alterations without prior written client approval.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

Baaz Contracting warrants all structural workmanship for a minimum period of one (1) full year from the date of final Certificate of Occupancy or project substantial completion. Mechanical equipment, roofing shingles, windows, and fixtures are warranted directly by their respective manufacturers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, imagery, 3D renderings, architectural photography, and branding displayed on this website are the proprietary property of Baaz Contracting LLC or its content licensors and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising from site usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where construction services are contracted, without regard to conflict of law principles.
